Camping

We are taking our first family camping trip this weekend and couldn't be more excited. Walker isn't quite sure what to expect but is excited nonetheless. We are going to Billy Dreher Island which is an island on Lake Murray not to far from our house. We are heading out this afternoon with the bikes, the fishing poles and lots of bug spray in tow. I will definitely post pictures from the weekend here on Monday so visit us again. Kumbaya!

Yard Work

Ok, our spring fever has officially begun. We (including our biggest helper - Walker) worked in the yard the past two days and got sooo much done. All the flower beds in the front of the house are cleaned out and we can now start fresh! It all began Sunday when all I wanted to do was cut back the pompas grass. Well then one thing led to another and before it was all said and done we had 45+ yard bags out by the curb. Whew! Next step...planting stuff! Will keep you posted!
